    My first impression upon looking at your photo was a Dugong, a mammal living in tropical waters off Singapore, but when I read your title, it does look like a whale with a partly submerged "eye."

    I don't think its your wild imagination, I think it is because of it that you're able to visualize and take this creative photo.

    I love it!
