THIS IS THE DINNER PLAN AND YES YOU CAN DO IT TOO

For Pork lovers as in Pork Chops, fried, BBQ, or stuffed we have figured it ...When Pork comes on sale in your area and on our island this is the way to go. This photo is of a 16-17 rib roast which by that feeds at least that many people. The cost for all of this and it's heavy too stuffed etc. is $25.00.....................May sound like alot of money but not if you get it on sale. This pork roast lasts forever and it is like the most moist chicken breast. 2 people can share one chop honest and it freezes absolutley fresh when warmed up just like the day you cooked it. You can make BBQ Pork ,Pork Taco's, fancy smancy celebration dinner ( tonight is Lopez Grad night) or just snacks and cold you can re invent anything you want just thaw and eat. It's also a great help for anyone needing a prepared meal to just heat up serve with or without stuffing a veggie and I make my own apple Flautas or apples escalloped.....Corn on the cob . I add 2 of those little cans (6 pack) pinapple juice some garlic salt pepper and pork rub and shove it in the oven and after 2 hours I stick a meat themeter in it and Viola. If it's Gourmet and easy I can handle that. As a chef by trade so try it when Pork is on sale you will be glad you did and does it smell good in the oven right now..Enjoy!
